What is your Return Policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that sometimes a return is necessary. In the event you need to return an item, we want to be as fair as possible and get you what you need with a quick turnaround. Any item returned must be new and in a package that is also new and resellable. A returned item will be charged a 15% restocking fee up to a max of $10.00 per item. An exchange will be made for $8.25 restock per item. A return authorization number must be obtained within 10 days of the invoice date for the item. Item will be returned postage prepaid with the return authorization number placed on the outside of the return carton. If the return number is not placed on the outside of the box, the package will be refused by our receiving department. We strive to provide outstanding customer service and will gladly discuss any problems you have with your order prior to a return being needed.
