What is your Return Policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase and understand that sometimes a return is necessary. In the event you need to return an item, we want to be as fair as possible and get you what you need with a quick turnaround. Any item returned must be new and in a package that is also new and resellable. A returned item will be charged a 15% restocking fee up to a max of $10.00 per item. An exchange will be made for $8.25 restock per item. A return authorization number must be obtained within 10 days of the invoice date for the item. Item will be returned postage prepaid with the return authorization number placed on the outside of the return carton. If the return number is not placed on the outside of the box, the package will be refused by our receiving department. We strive to provide outstanding customer service and will gladly discuss any problems you have with your order prior to a return being needed.

Tuning and Repairs
Though Big Sky Archery carries Hoyt, Bowtech, Diamond, Bear Archery and PSE, our crew has expertise with all other brands of archery equipment. We will work one-on-one with you to pinpoint any troubles with your set-up and get your gear shooting bullet-holes in no time! Below is a list of our tuning and repair fees:

What's in it for me to buy a bow from Big Sky Archery?
If you decide to buy a bow from us we will give back to you by offering some free services. Every bow purchase at Big Sky Archery includes a free set-up, including peep and string loop, a free Super Tune, and 5 free day passes to our 3-D archery and paper range and 5 free half-hour passes to Techno-Hunt. Our web customers will also benefit from a pro-shop setup and tune when you purchase a bow package so that when you get your bow you can go straight to the range to sight in. We are also more than happy to provide additional help by phone or Email if you need help getting it totally dialed in.
Lessons with a Pro
You have your bow, you have all your accessories, but you still can't seem to find consistency with your accuracy. If you feel like some one-on-one with one of our experts, come in and spend some time with our pros. Lessons are available for $40.00/hour and $20.00/half hour.
3D and Paper Range
Come in and spend an unlimited day pass in our 20 or 45 yard ranges. We have a total of ! ! !12,000 sq feet! ! ! of target ranges!! We have bulls-eye, animal paper targets, and 3-D archery targets including deer, bear, antelope, and small animals. Shoot your arrow through our chronograph and see just how fast it can fly! Fees for our ranges:

Techno Hunt!
Paper and 3-D archery targets are great for fine-tuning the accuracy and precision of you and your equipment, but what about actually testing that on moving targets? Our Techno Hunt video target system allows you to shoot a variety of game and small animals in real-life situations. You can shoot the system "as-is" at 20 yards, or we can program it to give you a real challenge with actual yardages and wind speeds that you have to account for when you aim. Fees for the Techno Hunt per person:
